IF/ ITN: Will all IF/ITN proposals from Horizon 2020 that are still on the reserve list not be funded?

 They cannot be funded as there is no more budget left from Horizon 2020.

IF: Who files a redress?

 For an individual fellowship, the coordinator and the fellow file the redress case. This is done via the link indicated the in the letter to the applicant by REA with the information about the outcome (evaluation results letter). This must be done within 30 days after receiving this letter. The overall process must be done within 4 months after this deadline, including the answer by the redress committee. 

Please take note that a redress case does not automatically lead to a re-evaluation, and even in the case of a re-evaluation, it doesn't automatically mean a higher score. If there should be a higher score, this still does not mean an automatic funding! 

IF / PF: Am I eligible for the family allowance if my partner or I are expecting a child at the point of time of the deadline?

IF: The familiy allowance will be paid in case of having 'Dependent children who are actually being maintained by the researcher' at the day of the deadline, without a change of status during the duration of the fellowship. Being pregnant does not qualify you e.g. for child benefit and other services, and thus it doesn't make a researcher eligible for the family allowance.

PF: Changes in family status during the project will be taken into account. For details, see the guidelines for each call respectively clarify matters with the project officer.
