All Actions: Who can officially clarify eligibility questions before submission?

Eligibility clearance of the proposals is done only after the call deadline. For this reason, REA refrains from clearing eligibility scenarios for any of the applicants (host Institutions or researchers) before the call deadline. Applicants (researchers & institutions) are solely responsible for checking the fulfilment of all eligibility criteria and provide the correct information in the submission forms. The same prevails for the recruitment of researchers in an ITN / DN / Cofund / RISE: The responsiblity for the eligibility lies with the recruiting beneficiary. The Project Officer will not check the eligibility of candidates.
