As a general rule, ESRs, recruited by a private organisation which cannot award a PhD, have to be enrolled in a PhD-programme at a Partner Organisation of the ITN consortium. Any other arrangement (being enrolled at an organisation which is not partner to the consortium) has to be duly justified.
