RISE: Does the seconded staff member have to be 'actively engaged' with the sending institutions immediately prior to the secondment, or could it be e.g. a former employee?

In order to be eligible to the RISE funding, the researchers must have been employed by the beneficiary for at least six months before the secondment : this rule implies that the beneficiary cannot send staff newly hired in secondment, regardless of their former professional experience.
