Yes, it is compulsory for every participant in the project proposal. 'Participants' are beneficiaries AND partner organizations. If they are not in the consortium, table A3 with the the planned exchanges cannot be filled in correctly, and the budget will not be calculated correctly. The PIC has to entered in step 4 of the proposal preparation 'parties'. The PIC does not yet have to be validated. To receive a 'temporary' (before validation) PIC takes approximately 15 minutes. The PIC should be validated before the Grant Agreement signature.
