PF / DN : Most of the SMEs have researchers with a specific profile: Without experience supervising post-doc, less experience in teaching, etc.. Do you think is a good idea to include a co-supervisor from an academic institutions from the same city / country?

We are definitely recommending this. Any argument that can show the impact on training for the fellow by good supervision, the possibility to network etc. is welcome.
