RISE: Is it possible to transfer institutional unit costs from a beneficiary to a Third Country partner?

It is possible to transfer the institutional unit costs, if this is foreseen in the partnership Agreement. Of course, these rule should be very clear and strict, because the EU beneficiary is reporting these costs later on to REA.
