RISE: Is it mandatory to have a PIC at the time of submission? A beneficiary has been provided with a temporary PIC but the Participant Portal does not recognize it. How much time is it needed for a PIC number to be activated?

All Beneficiaries must have a PIC, but it is not mandatory for Partner Organisations to have one. I was under the impression that a temporary PIC could be used almost immediately. Perhaps the beneficiary in question should contact the IT helpdesk to see what the problem might be.
