RISE: Is it better to propose a RISE with Beneficiaries that you have not worked with before, or are you expecting it to fund only new collaborations?

A RISE proposal should be based on a set of clear research and innovation objectives and deliverables. Under criteria “Impact”; “To develop new and lasting research collaborations, to achieve transfer of knowledge”, the RISE project shall then clearly demonstrate new and lasting collaboration. On the other hand, ongoing collaboration between EU MS/AC partners, and/or EU MS/AC and TC partners is not detrimental provided that the partnership as a whole illustrates new and lasting collaboration. In all cases, “Implementation” criteria would have to be clearly detailed and justify with or without previous collaboration.
