The beneficiaries must respect the following recruitment and working conditions for the seconded staff member under the action: ensure that the staff members are seconded full-time; In addition the EU allowance is calculated based on the start date and the end date of the secondment: the time spent at the host organisation (sending beneficiary) is not eligible.
